The Responsibility of those who teach God’s Word Publicly

Thought: To examine the importance our Lord puts on those who publicly speak His Word to others, in other words those who ‘choose’ to be a mouthpiece for Him to others.
I feel that there are different things that stir my spirit to pen whatever it is I end up penning down. In this instance, I feel it’s the MANY weird things that I end up seeing in YouTube videos from people that claim to know Jesus, and/but end up reflecting some really weird thoughts! And the reason I use the words ‘and/but’ is because I feel that there are some sons and daughters of His that truly are His but who buy into these weird ideas while there are others who don’t know him and working hard to promote their twisted ideas to all who will listen. Two of the weirdest ideas are;
1.) The absurdity of a ‘flat earth’ (a penning of mine in regards to this lie is here; http://www.rubornagain.com/Flat_Earthers.htm )
2.) The absurdity of us being changed at the time of the rapture only to remain on the earth and be His witnesses to those on the earth BEFORE the millennium (the thousand years of Jesus reign upon the earth with His bride) begins. ( that lie is covered following the present thought of the importance of speaking His heart and NOT our own)
With what I read and understand from our Father’s Word is that He holds a higher standard to those who will read and then interprets what he/she reads to others. And, if one thinks about it, I feel that He is very just in doing so. How would we feel to have our hearts penned down only to have someone read our hearts and then misunderstand them and then teach others that same misunderstanding? So, it’s no wonder that He would remove prophets early from life that add to or subtract from what He is trying to say. But, at the same time, I’d rather fall under the All Mighty Loving Corrections of our Dad’s heart than to not be punished by Him because of not being His!
So, this penning will spring board from 3 different scripture references concerning this subject matter being Rev 22:16-21, Matthew 5:19, and James 3:1&2. So to begin with let’s share what our Father says in these passages as follows;
Rev 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
Rev 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in
Rev 22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
Rev 22:21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Jas 3:1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.
Jas 3:2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
The word “master” from the Strong’s concordance means; G1320
From G1321; an instructor (generally or specifically): - doctor, master, teacher.
So, based upon what the word ‘masters’ means in the KJV version, the English Standard Version quotes those verses as follows;
Jas 3:1 Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness.
Jas 3:2 For we all stumble in many ways. And if anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle his whole body.
And, let me state for the record, that while this ‘penning’ is for the purpose of ‘rightly dividing the Word of Truth’ to all those who take the time to listen, I at the same time feel that one can be so consumed with ‘rightly dividing the Word of Truth’ they can totally miss the heart of the Father while doing so hence the reason He delights in those that worship Him to do so in Spirit AND IN Truth, And a good visual of this truth are the sails and rudder of a ship, it takes both to get it to its destination, not one or the other. And a good example of this thought is the written word that says repent and be baptized for the remission of sins, but that Truth didn’t stop our Lord from accepting the thief that hung next to Him into His Kingdom. There are those who get sooo hung up on the Letter of what is written, that they totally miss the heart of the One that has had it penned in the first place.
So having shared our Father’s Word in reference to how He holds those accountable to ‘accurately’ reflect His heart, let me now share His Word in reference to those who are alive at the time of the Rapture or the ‘Catching Away’ of the bride of Christ as noted here in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.
1Th 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Th 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
And, I feel that those who can read, should have no problem seeing that in accordance with verses 17 and 18 above, that those that are alive at the time of the ‘catching away’ don’t get transformed to remain on the earth but we are to meet the Lord in the air along with those who are to be resurrected at the same time to forever ‘be with the Lord’. There is no symbology used here, it’s clearly speaking without the means of a parable or symbols. And yet, the blatant lie of us being transformed to remain on the earth as witnesses during the tribulation is growing! Sometimes, I wonder how in the world this could happen, and the only answer I can come up with is due to the lack of love for our Lord’s Word. I believe that it’s people who emphasize the Spirit over the Truth that are responsible for this. To emphasize either one over the other is imbalance which is a disgrace to our Heavenly Father. And to share His heart in reference to this thought, please see the following 3 scripture references;
Pro_11:1 A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight.
Pro_16:11 A just weight and balance are the LORD'S: all the weights of the bag are his work.
Pro_20:23 Divers weights are an abomination unto the LORD; and a false balance is not good.
And, to once again share who it is that brings Him Glory, Honor, and Praise, it is those that worship Him correctly as He shares with us as follows; Joh_4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. To try and do so outside the balance of Truth & Spirit is a disgrace and a shame to those who claim to know Jesus as Lord and Savior of their lives. So this penning is spawned in hopes that those following after the lies of hell, instead of our Father’s heart, to repent and draw near to Him with all of their hearts and to center once again on His heart and not their own or the many foul spirits trying to lead those astray that claim Jesus as Lord. Yes, stars and dreams can be signs, but to over emphasize them over God’s Word is just wrong.
Heavenly Father, there seems to be no limit in the amount of deception out there that is working to get our eyes off of You and onto that which is not of You. Ever teach us to press into You and not to what just tickles our ears. For it’s in the Everlasting, Glorious, and Matchless Name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
